| To enforce damage control we ask that you please remove your window screens prior to our arrival for window cleaning. We do not clean 2nd level exterior windows. For safety reasons, we do not move furniture. Additionally, we will only utilize our step stools, no ladders, to reach high areas. Lastly, our Cleaning Agents do not accept payments and cannot provide you with change. | |
