Q: Do I need to be home for my cleaning appointment?

A: Some customers prefer scheduling their cleaning while at work or away for the day.  Others like to be at home during the process.  This is your choice.  Because we offer you a ' 2 hour window' time frame of our arrival, (example: ETA 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) we ask that you make arrangements for our Cleaning Agents to gain access to your home if you are away.     

 

Q: Do I need to give you my house key?  What if you loose it?
A: If you request your cleaning service when you are away from home, you may provide us with a key.  We color code these keys for security and place it in a secure & locked storage area.  In the event that we loose your key, we will pay for a locksmith to change all your locks and to replace the key.
 
Q: What if I need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment?
A: We are very flexible.  We just ask that you call or e-mail us to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment.  We are happy to reschedule your cleaning appointment to another day.  Also, please make sure that you have made arrangements with your utility company to have electric, gas and water services on at the property by the time the Cleaning Agents arrive.  In the event that the Cleaning Agents are not able to provide cleaning services because you were unable to provide utilities, or no access to enter the property, you will be charged a $45.00 trip charge for each Cleaning Agent that arrived to your home.
 
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: On the first initial visit, we require a Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.  Cash or check will be accepted with prior approval and written communication from management.  We will gladly accept your personal check for all subsequent cleaning visits, which can be left on the kitchen counter in the event you are not home.  All checks and credit card payments returned by your bank, will be assessed a $50.00 Return Fee, regardless of the reason for return.
 
Q: Is a long-term contract required for your cleaning service?
A: Absolutely not.  We offer cleaning services to fit your busy lifestyle.  Choose one time cleaning, recurring, or as needed.  
 
Q: How much notice do I need to give you in order to get a cleaning appointment?
A: Just give us a call to discuss your needs.  We will be glad to work around schedules to give your home the immediate attention that it requires.  Often times we accommodate a last minute schedule.  Our Cleaning Agents are available daily, until 5:00 p.m.  This time may be extended for special projects, such as party planning or an emergency cleaning visit.
 
Q: Do you send different Cleaning Agents to my home for each cleaning visit?
A: We make every effort to send the same Cleaning Agents each time. Occasionally, there may be a change in Cleaning Agent(s) due to illness, days off, vacation or they may no longer work for AAA HOUSECLEANERS.  Please be assured that the Cleaning Agent(s) that arrive at your home will provide you with the quality service that you deserve.
 
Q: Can I hire your Cleaning Agent directly to do side jobs or other tasks not listed on your Web site?
A: We are selective with the Cleaning Agents we choose.  We spend an enormous amount of time training our Cleaning Agents so that they can provide you with the quality service your home deserves.  Unfortunately, you may not hire our Cleaning Agents directly.  You must place your request with AAA HOUSECLEANERS for all tasks, whether listed on our Web site or not.  We have a $2,500.00 Referral Fee if you deem it necessary to work with our Cleaning Agents directly.  Please note that your offer made to the Cleaning Agents and upon their acceptance, will be cause for immediate dismissal for both the Cleaning Agent and our business relationship.  Further more, both parties will be assessed a $2,500.00 Referral Fee.
 

Q: What happens if my payment is returned as unpaid by my bank?

A: Please note that we offer other payment methods in addition to cash, as a courtesy and convenience to our Clients.  In order to continue to offer a convenient payment method, we ask that your funds be made available at the time your form of payment is made.  We will not accept post dated payments or your request to submit payment at a later date than the date of service.

 

 A $50.00 Return Fee assessed to the balance due should payments return as unpaid by your bank for any reason.
